It stayed in place without rolling down and didn’t create noticeable panty lines. After testing so many pieces, I realized that I preferred something smoother instead of an extremely tight fit. I’m a size 6 and weigh 128 lbs, and I ordered a medium, which fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend it! Also, while some reviews mentioned that the waistband had glue stuck to it, mine did not have that issue.

A few years ago, I purchased Shapermint high waist panties, and they were fantastic. I wore them for years. Recently, I needed to buy two new pairs in a smaller size. The previous ones were just fabric with a grip strip at the top that prevented rolling—great design. However, the new ones have strange little strips that seem like boning but are more flexible. They bend and lose shape, causing bumps to form underneath my clothing, which makes the fit uncomfortable. The top keeps rolling down and requires constant readjustment. I eventually gave up on them and ordered a bodysuit from another brand because I can’t deal with unsightly bumps and visible rolling lines. I’m really disappointed with this new style.

I purchased these to wear under high-waisted pants in hopes of slimming my tummy, which has become more pronounced in my 40s. I typically wear size 12 in pants/jeans, so I ordered both the XL-XXL and M-L sizes based on the size chart suggesting either would fit. Unfortunately, both sizes provided minimal shaping. I then tried the small size, which finally offered some shaping while still being comfortable—no feeling overly “sucked in” or restricted. However, I should mention that the shaping is significantly less effective compared to Assets Shapewear from Target. If you’re after serious shaping, you might want to consider Spanx or similar brands. For everyday wear under pants, these do a decent job of minimizing my lower tummy. I am surprised by how little shaping they provide, even in the smaller size. I’ve worn them a few times with pants and haven’t experienced any rolling down. Overall, they’re very comfortable, and I appreciate them as an everyday option, especially at a more affordable price than Spanx.
